Tuoni 0.17.1

Tuoni 0.17.1 fixes agent metadata handling and nginx configuration updates. See the 0.17.0 release notes for the main new features and improvements.

Agent Metadata Fixes

Deleting a custom metadata entry now removes it correctly while preserving other entries. For API users, {"customProperties": {"label": null}} removes label; omitting customProperties or setting the entire field to null or {} leaves existing entries unchanged.

Null values are cleaned from custom and listener metadata, including nested values and saved records. This fixes failures when restoring active agents or loading paginated agent lists, while preserving valid values such as false, 0, and empty strings.

Upgrade Configuration Fixes

Fixed an issue where upgrades selected with TUONI_VERSION could leave outdated nginx settings in place, including missing WebSocket proxy headers.

Configuration checks now run before start and restart operations. Older default configurations are backed up and updated while preserving the listen port, including on affected installations already marked as 0.17.0. Customized configurations prompt for review when changes are needed, and pending nginx restarts are retried after an interrupted or failed start.

The installer runs these checks automatically after updating. If you updated directly through the older CLI, run the following once the updated scripts are installed (default installation path):

cd /srv/tuoni
./tuoni start
